A sustained breakdown with Pakistan could make it more difficult for U.S to make and sustain security measure gain particularly in the eastern providences and there by make it harder to pull out. This would result in the down grading of Pakistan US relations. These attacks perhaps could spell the ends of Pakistan participations as an ally of U.S. On war against terror. Pakistan has always been a major participant on war on terror. But these attacks are a serious below on Pakistan national security and sovereignty Pakistan has shown its anger over the attacks by blocking the supply routes for NATO forces in Afghanistan and pulling out of an international conference held in Germany on Afghanistan. Depriving the talks of a central player in peace efforts. Without Pakistan’s participation the Afghanistan undamaged can not be concluded.
The nature of Pakistan us relation is now likely to be changing, moving swiftly from an ally to a to hostile actors. Pakistan forced u s to vacate shamsi air base and threatened to shoot down drones flying over Pakistan’s territory.
Referring to the air strikes a number of quotations arises; that how U.S. would lead war on terror continuous? How will it impact the world? Such anti terrorism operations will rise provoking the people who sympathizes with and support terrorism, and in consequence take innocent lies and violate international law. The collapse of countervailing military power and the reduction of the United Nations into an obedient organization n of the US have now led to the disgrace for a whole slew of international law. The U.S and NATO are violating several international laws. The reality id that NATO is making up the laws as it goes along to suite its convenience. NATO action constituent a violation of chapter 1 article 2(4) of the UN. Charter which states “all member shall refrain in their international relations from the threat order of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state or in any other manner in consistent with the purpose of the U.N. According to an analysis U.S. Drones have killed almost 1,000 terrorists in Pakistan tribal areas resulting heavy casualties and a sharp rise in anti American sentiments among the people of Pakistan.
In Pakistan the political parties and public highly oppose the attacks, Pakistan has not only paid a huge loss inhuman and economic term, its ability to control is domestic security has been systematically weakened. This is not only harmful to future of global struggle against terrorisms but also endanger long term future stability of the region and beyond.
Despite of all this Pakistan without the benefit of log term political stability oil petrol dollars or a clear plan to speak of has a one almost miraculously achieved this feat of building a viable military industrial complex. to day it can build every thing from nuclear war head to combat air craft ,to tanks to cruse missile as well as the whole host of other items . Pakistan’s nuclear weapons are the significantly sophisticated and built on research and incitement in country the countries heavy industrial taxila can built tanks that incorporate local technologies derived originally from France, Ukraine and China. Pakistan is one of the five power in the world that produces its own cruise missile Pakistan has one of the best air force . Its is the only plausible Islamic state able which is a nuclear power and to answer the U.S.
In short NATO attack may turn out to be a costliest and huge mistake in Afghanistan war yet. Definitely Pakistan now will increase it deterrence capability after this episode to protect its boarder post by providing shoulder and fired ground to air missiles to its troops stationed there.
The dead line to withdraw from Afghanistan by us is 2014. This is no farther. NATO thus may have to brace it self to face new challenges in the days ahead. Pakistan needs to take strong measures so that the rest of the world stop seeing it as a state sponsor of terrorism and as a country that provides sanctuaries to the militants groups that carry out attacks in other states thus the world and the great powers (U.S) never ever dare to corner a nuclear state ( our beloved Pakistan )
